Ordering

Visit Kultura Filipino and browse our collections for items that you might like. Once you see an item you like, click on it to go the item page. You can then click "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now" to take you to the Checkout area where you can complete your order by inputting your shipping details and choosing a payment method. 

Payment

At Kultura Filipino, we aim to provide a variety of payment options for our patrons' convenience. Currently, you may pay for your orders via the following options: 

  • Pay via Paynamics 
    • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB)
    • BPI Online
    • Over the Counter Payments (SM Bills Pay, 7-Eleven, ECPay, PNB)
    • GCash
    • Online Bills Payment (BDO, Security Bank, PNB, UCPB)
    • Coins.ph
    • GrabPay
    • UBP Online
  • BDO Installment (*minimum Php 5,000 purchase)
  • HSBC Installment (*minimum Php 5,000 purchase)

Shipping

For Metro Manila customers, kindly choose "Local Delivery" as the shipping method. You will be notified by email when your order is being processed for delivery by our courier. 

There is also an option for Metro Manila customers to "Pick Up" the order from our Megamall branch. If you choose this option, you will get a confirmation from our store personnel when your order is ready for pick up. You may then choose to pick it up personally or use any 3rd party service such as Grab, Lalamove, Angkas, etc. 

For Philippine customers outside of Metro Manila, kindly choose "Nationwide Delivery" as the shipping method. You will be notified by email when your order is being processed for delivery by our courier. 

For customers outside of the Philippines, shipping rates will automatically be provided based on your location. You will be notified by email when your order is being processed for delivery by our courier. 

Yes we can ship our Uniquely Filipino products to all parts of the world. In case your location is not yet included, kindly send us a message via the Contact Us page or through the Facebook Messenger chat so we may assist you further. 

Due to the current limitations brought about by the ongoing covid-19 pandemic, kindly allow for some allowances on the delivery timeframe as our 3rd party couriers may experience some difficulties in picking up and delivering your orders.

For Metro Manila orders, the standard delivery timeframe is 5-7 working days, with day 1 starting a day after the order is completed and paid. 

For outside Metro Manila orders, the standard delivery timeframe is 7-10 working days, with day 1 starting a day after the order is completed and paid. 

For international orders, the standard delivery timeframe is 10-15 working days, with day 1 starting a day after the order is completed and paid.
