Terms and Conditions

The coupon is redeemable at Kultura Megamall only. It is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Only one coupon may be used per transaction. Promotion cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.

How To Join:

  1. Shop for P5,000 or more worth of items at any participating Kultura branch from July 1 to July 17, 2024.
  2. Present your original receipt to the cashier to receive a raffle stub. For every single receipt, a customer is entitled to one (1) raffle stub. Ensure your purchase date falls within the promo period. 
  3. Write your complete information on the raffle stub: full name, address, mobile number, store/branch, e-mail address, and affix signature.
  4. Drop the raffle entry inside the designated box in-store. Store personnel will attach the raffle stub to your receipt and sign it. Both the receipt and raffle stub must be kept in a safe place for use later when the promo results are made available.
  5. The deadline for entry submission is on July 17, 2024, until store closing hours. After this time, store personnel will seal drop boxes. 
  6. On July 24, 2024, at 3:00 PM, the winner will be selected at Kultura, SM Retail Headquarters, in the presence of a DTI representative. The winner will be notified through registered mail and SMS by Kultura Store Inc. on or before July 27, 2024.

    Prize exclusions

    The prize excludes travel fees, security charges and incidental expenses at the hotel and/or during the trip (e.g. meals, laundry, room service charges, food, beverages charges, merchandise purchases, etc.).


    Draw & Announcement Schedule

    • The draw will take place on July 24, 2024, at 3:00PM, at Kultura, SM Retail Headquarters, with a DTI representative present.
    • Winners will be notified via registered mail and SMS on or before July 27, 2024. 

    Eligibility and Participation

    All employees of Kultura Store Inc., their advertising agencies, and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity including relatives by legal adoption are excluded from joining the promo. While the winner’s companion may be a minor, the winner must be at least 18 years old and above. By joining this promo, the participant confirms that he/she has read and understood the full promo mechanics, schedule of events, including but not limited to its terms and conditions. 


    Other Terms and Conditions

    • A customer can only win once. If a name is drawn more than once, the winner shall get the price of higher value.
    • Winners have 60 days from receipt of the registered mail to claim prize, otherwise such will be forfeited in favor of Kultura Store Inc. upon prior approval of Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
    • Upon claiming the prize, the winner must bring two (2) valid IDs and the original receipt with attached winning raffle stub, and present them together with the SMS notice at Kultura, Upper Ground Floor, Bldg A SM Megamall, Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong. If outside Metro Manila, the winner must reply to the notification and send the original receipt with attached raffle stub to Kultura Store Inc. Head Office via the winner’s preferred courier, addressed to Jamie Navarro, Digital Marketing Manager. 
    • If the winner is not available to pick up the prize, the authorized representative must bring an authorization letter together with his/her valid photo ID and that of the authorizing winner, and present these together with the raffle coupon and original official receipt.
    • Raffle stubs or prizes are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned in exchange for a refund or reward points. Prize is transferrable with authorization from the winner.
    • Winner and his/her companion (if any) are also responsible for booking or claiming the voucher at the hotel. 
    • Kultura is not responsible for failure to get any room or any cost associated with.
    • Kultura Store Inc. shall not be liable for any cancellations or booking concerns.
